Born and raised in Connecticut, Scott since purchased homes on Martha’s Vineyard and Puerto Rico and discovered the rich history of both islands. The islands have become his home away from home. Scotts familiarity with many different areas on and off island have enhanced  his attention to detail, cultures and the importance that advocacy plays when representing  clients that may be new to the areas he serves.
