The venue features three separate structures, perfect for accommodating family and friends. The main house boasts 4 bedrooms (3 queen, 1 full) and 2.5 bathrooms, while Guest Cottage #1 offers a cozy queen bed and half bathroom. For a truly unique stay, Guest Cottage #2 is perched pond-front next to a private dock, complete with a queen bed, half bath, and kitchenette. In total, Allen Farm sleeps 12 guests, and for larger gatherings, the property can be coupled with the home directly across the road to accommodate up to 24 guests.
In keeping with the farm's eco-friendly approach, the property features modern compost toilets. While they may be different from traditional flushing toilets, rest assured—they're odorless and a key part of the farm's commitment to sustainability. It’s all part of the authentic Vineyard farm experience!
