A Gothic Revival style Victorian that was constructed in 1853 and was used as a schoolhouse in its early years. The home was purchased in 2019 and has been worked on diligently to restore, improve and update it over the past four years.
It consists of three bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms. The attic also offers an additional sleeping area for 4 persons. The house has a central a/c and heat provided by natural gas. The thermostat to control the temperature is located in the room/parlor on the street side of the house on a wall separating the parlors. There is also a mini-split system for the attic. We also have a Weber propane grill on the rear deck. Please be careful to keep the grill away from any wood structures (ie-railings or siding of the house, as it can be a fire hazard. There is also a solo stove on the rear deck that can be used in the backyard. There is an outdoor shower shed in the backyard to rinse off after a day at the beach or to use in lieu of an indoor shower.
