Patrick McCarthy

Born and raised on Martha's Vineyard, Patrick has always had a deep love and appreciation for the island and its lifestyle. Patrick grew up playing competitive tennis, and helped lead his team at Martha's Vineyard Regional High to win two state championships. Born and raised on Martha's Vineyard, Patrick has always had a deep love and appreciation for the island and its lifestyle. Patrick grew up playing competitive tennis, and helped lead his team at Martha's Vineyard Regional High to win two state championships. He went on to study Mechanical Engineering at the University of Massachusetts, Amherst and during his senior year was recruited by Pratt & Whitney to work as an aerospace engineer. Patrick realized his love for real estate during the summer of 2020 when he had the opportunity to help his mom manage her impressive catalog of rental properties while working remotely.

Patrick received his real estate salesperson license in February of 2021, and with his passion for helping others, his desire to learn, and his charismatic personality, he has become an invaluable part of Grace Hagerty Real Estate Inc.

Patrick is also an avid sportsman and loves spending his free time fishing, playing high level tennis, skiing, and surfing.
