In the backyard is a brand new Lynx grill and large area to prepare food and enjoy a barbecue with your family or friends, all while getting amazing views of the sunrise or sunset.

This rental requires the following Tenants Insurance Policy.
TENANT’S INSURANCE
(1) Tenant shall procure and maintain in force throughout the term hereof, at Tenant’s
sole cost and expense: (i) comprehensive public liability insurance indemnifying
Landlord and Tenant against claims and demands for injury to or death of persons
or damage to property which may be claimed to have occurred on or about the
Premises in amounts which shall be not less than One Million ($1,000,000.00)
Dollars combined single limit for bodily injury and property damage liability; and
(ii) an umbrella liability insurance coverage in the amount of not less than Five
Million ($5,000,000.00) Dollars.
